| This area allows you to access the property portfolios of fellow movewithus investors who are looking to release capital or acquire property. The nature of this site means that the property featured is offered at prices below their current market value. All properties that appear here include the latest prices for easy comparison with other investments.
Typically the properties available on this site have been purchased by investors off plan at the start of the development process. As a new buyer the investor contract will be reassigned to you at its original price. You will only be required to reimburse the investor any payments that have already been made towards the contract and a premium for the acquisition of the property.
For example, if you are buying the contract for a property with a value of £100,000 at the start of the development on which the investor has already paid a 30% contribution - you will need to reimburse the investor their £30,000 investment and pay the premium that is clearly stated for that property.
